Scope of Work: Indoor swimming pool and fitness center with spa section contains the 34 VIP rooms, luxurious restaurant and conference halls.

silaanyo & govt. supporters are getting extremely hilarious to the extent they are claiming privately owned business building developments and construction.lol. thats the problem with kulmiye in their propaganda videos in tvga qaranka , they record private road initiatives, business, and buildings and they title it 'waxqabadka dawladda'.lol.
they even recorded buurta gacanlibaax, with herds of sheeps and claimed it as 'waxqabadka dawladda'. do they think we are kids. lol. btw, the only above devlopments of the govts. is the new hargeisa orphanage and bebera airport both paid by the kuwait govt and was in the pipline in the rayaale admin. the aviation ministry was built on the back of selling expensive govt assets for $800k and then building it for fraction of the price $150k aviation ministry, so were is the rest of the $650k.lol.
if u ignore the ngo and world bank handouts silaanyo has failed extremely on development big time.
