Jawaari: The motion is postponed, MPs stop being involved

Post by The`Republic »

He gave his verdict today saying while MPs have a right to table any motion, that members of Parliament should stay out of the executive branch of government and let them handle their disagreements.

Members of Parliament sit down and shut up was basically his point.

He also said any motion put before Parliament with enough signatures is legal, but this one is postponed and invited everyone including the international community to try to find a compromise between the Prime Minister and President to reach a mutual solution.

Jawaari mentions that the reason its postponed is because the Members of Parliament who forwarded the motion have requested a postponement in order to give reconciliation a chance. Abdiweli should resign with dignity while he can.

Wait, why does Abdiweli have to be the one that leaves with dignity? Why can't Xassan Sheikh get some dignity?

Saacid left after being voted out, and no one can say he didn't leave with his dignity intact.

Xildhibaan Gaarane ?Guddoonka Baarlamaanka wuxuu inoo sheegay in mooshinka uu yahay mid sharci ah?

Xildhibaan C/naasir Gaarane Maxamed oo ka tirsan Xildhibaanada Baarlamaanka Somaliya ee mooshinka ka diyaarisay Xukuumada, ayaa waxa uu sheegay in mid sharci ah uu yahay mooshinka ka dhanka ah Xukuumada.

Xildhibaanka oo ka mid ahaa Xildhibaano maanta la kulantay Guddoonka Sare ee Baarlamaanka, ayaa ku waramaaya in loo sheegay mooshinkoodaan mid sharci ah inuu yahay, isla-markaana aanu wax murun ah ka taagnayn.

Laakiin wuxuu sheegay in Guddoonka Sare ee Baarlamaanku uu ka codsaday in dib loo dhigo mooshinka ilaa Axada, inta ka horeysana ay isku deyayaan in ay isku soo dhaweeyaan Madaxweynaha iyo Ra’iisal Wasaaraha. Haddii mudadaasi wax xal ah la gaari waayana, ay maalinta Isniinta mooshinka horkeeni doonaan Xarunta Golaha Shacabka.

Guddoonka Baarlamaanka oo Madaxweynaha iyo Ra’iisal Wasaaraha dhowr goor isku keenay inay wada hadlaan, ayaa markale waxa uu isku deyayaa inay ka wada hadlaan arrimaha ay isku maandhafsan yihiin, si mooshinka looga baaqsado.

Xildhibaan Gaarane, ayaa wuxuu beeniyay dhaliilo kaga yimid Xildhibaanada kale ee la safan Ra’iisal Wasaaraha, taasi oo ahayd in mooshinka ay ku soo darayn tiro Xildhibaano ah, oo aanu raali ka ahayn mooshinka ka dhanka ah Xukuumada.

If they gave reconciliation between the president and pm a chance to work this out; why would the PM resign? Do you even read your wishful post before you post them?

Sahal, you have kind of become like a broken record. Don't you have a coffee to talk like that with?

Geoseven, I am sure you were laughing when you said that. If Saacid, who didn't want the political fight, didn't even resign why would Abdiwali Sh when he actively took on this fight? Teeda kale what dignity do any of these people especially the parliament have to Somalis?

Everything you (and Marques) utter has the taste of latent "Hawiyeism" but in a meek way from members who aren't of the dominant sections of such group or people who are ashamed of being seen as tribalist.. Sahal is ideologically driven and I totally give him that respect and even BlueNWhite and Osob show casual motivations in that regard. It's funny how you and Marques always show visceral but passive-aggressive pan-Hawiyiest view on everything.

I have asked myself this very same question.
As long as Darood gets its share of the foreign aid monies, I say stay the hell out of Mogadishu politics.
The foreign aid is all that matters, other than that I say let them be.

PO, Hassan Sheikh has the option of staying, why should he leave? There's really nothing dignified about the entire episode but if Abdiwelis exist is inevitable, might as well resign instead of being cast out by parliament.

Substance, do you actually believe they would reconcile? I obviously don't.

The Republic, listen man, I know there's a grievance on your end for obvious reasons but if you're hoping for a my clan is this as opposed to your clan response...not going to happen buddy :D

If my posts have a latent taste of Haweiysm, yours are patently qabiilist. At least have the decency to hurl a ridiculous attempt at an insult my way without involving Marques, the mans not even here.

The so-called President is a Zionist puppet figurehead whose rule only extends to picking his nose and begging hairy arabs for bribe money. Thanks to Daarood, nothing that happens in Moryaandishu matters much, and thanks to Federalism, soon it will serve ONLY as an AMISOM brothel. Halal Somalis will continue to watch the circus/horror show from various Federal strongholds. :eat:
