You're missing out cherine.

What's so amazing about this bread?

Is the Ethiopian community big in Minnesota? What ethnic groups are they from?

What's so special? I can't quite put my finger on it. I just love it. With a hot cup of tea during the winter.

They're not as big as Somalis but they have few restaurants and cafes.

It's actually called Hembasha and it's originally Eritrean, as usual the ethiopian stole it and try to claim it as many other "eritrean" things but still can't pronounce it right. the H or 7a word ethiopians have some hard time pronouncing so they say A instead of 7a, Example they say abesha but it's 7abesha even somali's can pronounce words better than ethiopians.lol
Hembasha is a thick bread made from dough and extra components are added into it depending on how you like it, but eating it with tea in the morning is very nice.
