Does Buuryaqab ring a bell? If not, here is a a hint; it was listed again this year by the popular magazine, Good Living, as the 'best African town to live in'. This is the fifth consecutive year that it has topped this exclusive list.

Buuryaqab has not only a nice, warm, steady temperature throughout the whole year, but it also offers all sorts of amenities necessary for a modern town, including sophisticated and reliable public transportation system, a number of recreational parks, libraries, internationally acclaimed art galleries, various theatres and very active night live.

For more info. on this fascinating, thriving town and all it has to offer to potential visitors/residents, please, do feel free to visit the following link: tourbuuryaqab.com.

PS: the only drawback to this town is that it does not lie on a coast.

I reckon the UAE is a good place to live.
I've been through there so many times....it's clean, modern, safe, hot and most importantly Islamic.

You said preferably English speaking twice lol

I would have said London (though it's not a coast it has the River Thames flowing through it :/) because,

Pros

-Multicultural and multi-faith society
-Very good education and healthcare
-Great business districts and consumer-friendly industries
-Some great tourism locations (tons of shit at City of Westminster, The River Thames, British Museum, Westfield and Oxford St etc)

Cons

-Absolute shitty weather
-Increasing costs (travel, food, accommodation etc)
-Zaxmo (with regards to housing and traffic)
-Can be unsafe (Note i said can be, if you stay away from harm's way you'll be fine)

Marques, if London had a hot climate it would be the ultimate pre-eminent city of the world.....however we always have the spring/summer :)
Menace - Its a expensive city, is it not ? Not to mention lack of jobs ? Its not a very realistic city to live in however retire yes - thats what its known for right.

I think the USA is still the best place to live in, not sure what city/state.....Maybe California if your highly educated and single. However the liberalism there is a cause of concern.
