The Somalis don't respect human rights and it's time the West cut their aid.

Unless women, clan and ethnic minorities and LGBT are treated with respect, dignity and are protected, the money must stop.

This is the good thing about these African countries. Take away their money and they will start booty clapping and do as you command.

Human rights is based on perspective and cultural values. You have yours, embrace them. If Africans think homosexuality is apprehensive, it's their choice. No African is telling Western nationas that a ban on cousin marriage is a human rights issue.

From the first caveman learning that killing is bad to the ancient Egyptians accepting refugees of war and draught to Cyrus the Great liberating the jews from Babylonian captivity, human beings have always had human rights. Also, what is "Western values"? Something that changes every year? 50 years ago homosexuality was a crime, now it's accepted. In a few years time Zoophilia will become accepted too and maybe in another 50 years paedophilia will become a "human right". "Western values" is oxymoronic since values are usually static and not constantly changing this way and that way.
