Kenya Bombs/power strugle in Mogadishou

Kenya is angry about the killing of 28 civilians carried out by ALSHAYDAN group , so it's sending it's fighter Jets probably to bomb and kill any one who looks like Alshabab their property and animal herds , so you may ask yourself has Nairobi asked any permision to Mogadishou for the bombings which one wonders whether they need one, in the mean time in Mogadishou so called leaders , Parliement and Mp's are squabling over power strugle , what would Amin Arts would say about this.
