Not arrested but any Speaker is well within his rights to take disciplinary action (kick out) against any MP who behaves in an unconventional manner. Mps are sometimes escorted out of parliaments for simply laughing after the Speaker calls the house to order.

Jawaari should either rescind the motion all together or do his job and take disciplinary action against those cave dwellers because what's happening in parliament is beyond ridiculous.
