If you even remotely care about the somali image, create a private general discussion room and instead of deleting or blocking certain threads, the discussion can continue in that private room, this way the forum does not lose content but it is removed from the view of non-members and it also doesn't pop-up in the google search engine.

when someone is curious about Somali people, they will probably find their way here, and just end up disgusted, because the things that are talked constantly here is just plain BS, and misrepresents Somalis.

We should keep taps on the anti-social weirdos whiles at the same time not turning the place into dictatorship.

Maybe you say "their country" because you live in Europe. Most Somalis in Canada, US, Australia feel like they belong there.
For example, I see myself as an american and no white person is closer to America than me; (except an American Indian lol!!)
In Europe, you have nation-states where there is usually one ethnic group, and if you are not white, you don't belong.
In the US, no one thinks you are an outsider and you feel like this is your country. Very different situations!!
