That was a huge massacre in taleh, killing 9 civilian people inside their home town is a massacre. Somaliland army never inter cities and kill people indiscriminately. Silaanyo dissmised General jidhif when he let hundreds of Somaliland army conveys match inside buhotle. No civilians died but the feeling was not good, we dont want to terrorize our people. Killing that number of people all from a small town like taleh or buhotle in the same place and the same day is a MASSACRE. I am not blaming puntland forces alone but ina ali shire who ordered the killing of his people.
