I can confirm that Somaliland military chief of staff major general Ismael Shaqale has met members of Djibouti republican guard in djibouti during last couple of days, here he is with colonel Mohamed Duale Jama the cheif of Djibouti republican guard today in lawyo-ado.

Slnnews-Several hundreds of soldiers are being recruited for the Republican Guard which is in charge of security for the Djibouti Head of State.

The majority of them will be hired by competition in Djibouti, but dozens of others, preferably from the same Issa/Mamassan ethnic group as President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh (IOG) will be hired directly by the head of the Republican Guard, Colonel Mohamed Djama Doualeh, who has just been to his birth town of Gerissa, in the Zeila region of Somaliland, for this purpose. The late former president Hassan Gouled Aptidon, Mohamed Djama’s uncle, is also from Gerissa which was then situated in the portion of Somaliland under British colonial rule.

As far as Cisse are concerned the border between Djabouti and Somaliland doesn't exist just like Isaaq dont see the border between Hawd and Somailand. Same people on each side of the border...

You are right, I can confirm you there are hundreds of Somaliland army soldiers from harshin ethiopia, and they are the most loyal although they are from an other country. IOG is ethiopian too !
