The English weather is not congenial to health. The rainy seasons, and the lack of good jobs can cause a havoc. But I do like the cozyness of English homes, the BBC shows and period shows, their soap operas are off the hook. Certainly compensates any depression felt. Not to mention their cakes, last time I visted London, the man at the airport was shocked to find the amount of cake and sweets in my back bag--pure brown leather. I think he was shukaansi--ing me, but that's another story.
