Garissa Gov. Nathif Jama: Speech on Economic Development

The govornor has been focusing on economic development first. Listening to him makes me excited about the prospects of Garissa 
Garissa is not even in the poorest 20 counties. It is ranked 21 out of 47, meaning that 20 counties are poorer than Garissa.
Mandera and Wajir are ranked #2 and #3 by poverty index.
