Sorry, sxb. Sabriina is OK but the only current young singers that come close to Mama Fatma are her own daughter, Warda Karama & Faadumiina (who I think is also a relative of hers).
This is a new clip of her daughter singing that famous 'subcis' song. Just listen to how similar to her mum she sounds:

i can understand it well but i have a hard time reading it. i speak basic somali, but i noticed a lot of people in different parts of somaliahave difference for certain things lol. but yea i can understand it most of the time.

If you go on a holiday back home and stay there for a while it may improve your Somali a lot (depending on your age and whether you're a quick learner or not), but if that ever happens, make sure to keep your liberal views to yourself.

lool if this site has ever taught me anything...its that i should keep my views to my self when ever i go to somalia...but yea i plan to learn as much as i can from there... maybe even talk to my family in somali more.

Sabriina isn't really that bad. I like her feminine qualities, some of these 'manly' chicks could learn something from her.
