Referendum in 2015? Not in S/land!

I've been hearing that neighboring Somalia will hold a referendum on their provisional constitution in the coming year 2015 at least if not beyond that. This will be the perfect opportunity for Somaliland to finally succeed in showing we are permantly independent from Somalia as a sovereign state by either not holding this referendum at all anywhere in our territory or holding in its place another referendum on independence, this being the second since 2001.
