Since this federalism thing is moving forward, and there is no Islamic law in sight, then I wonder how do we get the HG militia aka Somali gov forces out of Rahanweyn lands while replacing with Rahanweyne boys?

Now I understand why a Qabilist mind doesn't even think about the fact that Africans are occupying the country or that people are starving. But for now I'll be content with getting HG militias out of these prime lands.

Warya I'm only a Qabilist against the larger tribes. Other than that I believe everybody should stay in their land.
