been speaking with a lot of people from USA and Canada who claims they have been destroyed by crazy working hours sometimes 80 hour per week and went down with stress

its the wild west over there so im not surprised, in france its illegal to work more than 35 hours and its illegal to reply to work e-mail outside work

WTF the average person works 40hrs here in the us.

nothing wrong with work long hours. there is why north american are successful. shaqadu wa ebaadah.

in my country finland full time people work 37 hour per week and the law demands 40 days holiday paid by your company

Shaqadu Waa Sharaf. Even though they cut my hours at Walmart and I only now work 35hrs a week.

Walmart is smart, they do this, so that they don't have to pay u benefits. Anything under 40hrs, no benefits.

exactly GAMER, work is good. work when you young and strong so you can rest later. if you take out years of schooling the best age to complish something in your career is between 25-45 years old.

unfortunately, ive to take my work to home too.

Exactly sxb. But nowadays and in the foreseeable future, you would need to work until 65 or 70 before u can retire.

Here in America, the money they give u goes to paying the bills and keeping a roof over ur head. So u have very little left to save. Most people work until 65 or later, unless they have other sources of income.

too much work will destroy the mind and health of humans that is why so many have mental problems in the west. Something holland realized they now have 29 hour per week and yet still get one of the highest salaries in the world how ? Because they are productive the quality of your work matters not the hours people in northern europe work much less than people in the developing world yet are much more wealthy the work has too have value

America is in trillion dollar debt, but thats not point, u work for urself not for ur country americans do everything for country, in europe the people come first, your police force is another example, u will struggle to understand because american society is atleats 50 years behind, not in technology or money but in thought

yes, if you work out to be fit and healthy so you can provide for your self and others. wah walba Allah ba lo niyooda o khair ah. if you sleep early to wake up to pray night time and preay fajir on the time that sleep is ebadah.
