Menace I know what you mean, but when you grow up in the hood where your family isn't able to provide much due to lack of financial resources, and you see guys flexing with the latest cars and expensive gear you become tempted to be part of that life. A lot of kids in the hood don't know that you can make serious money in a halal way, through school and hard work. I was mentoring some kids this past semesters and they were shocked about how you can pretty much get through uni debt-free and the salaries associated with certain careers. People need role models early in their lives to steer them on the right path.
