Over the next few months I am only going to be eating pasta, chicken, fruits, vegetables and nuts.i am planning to go to canada and ohio to discipline two.somalinet members.

Im sick of baasto!!!! Ive been eating baasto/baris daily for the past month. Baasto for lunch, baris for dinner. Baris for lunch baasto for dinner! This is all they know how to digest in this Godforsaken place. :snoop:

^ all of that you mentioned are mostly two things Meat and Wheat in different forms

amira, there is a shop in xamarweyne market that sells uk groceries, nutella, doritos etc :up: expensive though
