Located in Yaaqshiid close to Mogadishu University 6 km from Jidka Warshadaha, this gated communty project will be finished within 3 years. Consisting of 6000 apartments with villas, single and double storey apartments. Construction companies are Al-Buruuj and Salaam Properties Inc. and the real estate developer is Salaam Somali Bank. (Al-barakaat). The construction already started with the gated community's mosque.

Well it's far away from Jidka Warshadaha like 7 km. Amaanka way iska soo laabanaysaa as time goes by. I don't think shabaab will be around after 3 years.
Furthermore there will be many gated communities to choose from in Xamar several years from now. Future looks good.
