well i dont smoke anymore ( for now *sigh* smh) but wen i did a pack of Belmonts cost 12$ and id smoke a pack every 3 days So around 24$ a week.

One of the most pathetic things I have seen in my career( and I mean "pathetic" as in saddened, sympathetic way not a condescending, judgmental manner) is visage of a throat cancer patient sitting out the front of this hospital i was training at, smoking through his tracheostomy.

He just had a radical neck dissection to remove his larynx, tongue, part of his jaw and his neck lymph nodes, because of smoking induced cancer. He had drainage tubes from his neck, IV lines in and urinary catheter, and yet the compulsion to smoke so extreme....He had to feed his addiction no matter what. It's when I really realized the grip smoking has on some people, irrespective of the personal cost :wow:

3 days not bad. When i use to smoke bought a pack of Marlboro light every day for $8. Haven't smoked in a year now. Struggling with swedish tobacco called Snus tho.
