Ambassador Maxamed cali Amerika becoming the Governor/Mayor of Banadir is the best thing to ever happen to Muqdisho. the guy is super rich and doesn't need to steal the money for the city. also he has a good clean image and has the respect of all Somalis and most Kenyans.

i also believe he will bring all the rich Nairobi (islii ) businessmen with him and tell them to move their businesses to Muqdisho, i am sure they will listen to him since he used to protect them in Kenya.
