Ok lemme play detective here. They found him in a ditch at some park at 11 AM in the morning? And also found his car parked right there?

If I had to guess, most people that drive to park at 11 o'clock are not there to walk the trails or go there for picnic. It's too cold in Minnesota to be going to a park.

Drugs were involved. He went there to either sell or buy drugs, and it just somehow turned ugly for him.

The cops need to see who he was talking to or texted prior to him being found.

Go thru his friends list and associates and follow the drug/money lead.

or it could be that he was bad beaten by a group of adoon boys coming from the tennis courts close by. Jama was beaten on Monday. His body was found on Wed in a ditch. That means more than 48 hours he lay like a zombie in the ditch, in the cold. He probably died from cold side effects than the beating, but it is still a murder.
