You can't compare apples and oranges.
By the way, is there no other way Somaliland can validate its worthiness besides gloating about the misery of others? I have seen that day in, day out on these boards. Trying to find and magnify the otherness by pointing at misery of people who have been through war for decades.

It is shameful though.....I remember the Mogadishu "chief of police" was barred entry to the airport by Amisom.
