Yaa clueless I'm not here to school you all the time so why not first study the situation before you could give a judgement?

Since there were no somali central govt like ETHIOPIA, There's a UN assistance mission in all somalia

Why all somalia? Bc somalis r divided into bala bala and no one is recognized as the true representative of what he took by force

The gate to reach one central authority is the SFG that he ASSISTS her wich should be inclussive

In order to reach that suprime position, where no international assistance any more as somalis reached.... this govt/president has to deliver all the things that r called vision2016

This guys mandate is to assist in delivering this vision, he's the key to the new deal

Somalia exists but there's no functioniong state in the country

We r on the way to that and UN assists us but since we have institutions we are free for our decisions and policies

If the parliament approves to extend the presidents term the UN can do nothing about it
