With all the educated and open thinking people we have here, why can't we collaborate to do one thing back home. Build a basic plan, liaise with sponsors and have people implement it there.
I can handle finances, and appropriate funds in the right places...
My back pocket.

Sounds like a really good idea. Sign me up. I'd bring my 4yrs of experience as a construction worker and later as an assistant construction site manager to fore.

HOW DARE YOU GIVE HIM THAT POSITION. YOU BELONG TO THE SAME CLAN? WE NEED A 4.5 FORMULA OR SHIT WON'T WORK. LET'S SHARE THE WEALTH OR I WILL TELL MY CLAN NOT TO CONTRIBUTE TO THIS PROJECT

Adeer, you will be the chief of heating. We will chain your foot to a radiator so that you can assess the average temperature output.
Thank you for your sacrifice.

THE 4.5 FORMULA, TO MAKE SURE MY CLAN GETS A FAIR SHARE. JEFFO AND BAASTO ARE TRYING TO HIJACK THE PROJECT AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. MY CLAN IS READY TO GO TO WAR. OUR SOLDIERS ARE STANDING BY.

So what's the breakdown name names. Don't just state 4.5 system (it sounds outdated).
P.S - In Toronto almost every qabil has its own community centre.

Don't be like them be better.

We'll brainstorm as a group as to what the project will be but when we have it all laid out it will go
Isaaq - Financial management
Darood - Ass kissing fund raising
Rahanweyn - Field work
Hawiye - Grunt work
0.5 left overs - Keep amisom at bay with diversionary tactics
