1. The weapons are actually for Somaliland and its all an elaborate deception on Somaliland's part.
2. The weapons are being shared by Somaliland and Alshabaab
3. He knows Alshabaab are involved because there was " MASKING FACE in the containers" (I think he means face masks)

AND SO who is behind all this??

Well according to the minister its Xirsi who is also the man who personally transports Alshabaab fighters to Galgala.

This Xirsi must be the busiest man in world politics because he seems to be responsible for everything that happens in East Africa.

What type of hub are we talking about here? And he is obviously exploiting the situation like Niya said. Nevertheless, Puntland need to stop this "Alshabab blame" game they are playing, its becoming transparent, kind of like the boy that cried wolf.

Destined for Puntland no doubt, unless Somliland is feigning ignorance to ward of criticism . No other faction or administration would purchase military grade speed boats let alone have the funds for all of that.
