This incident usually happens to those who stay in power far too long..who remembers when it happens to Fidel? But Fidel quit after that incident ..Fidel is not an African though cause an African dictator will wait to die on the chair ..That been said it is time Bob calls it a day because further embarrassment are in store for him, he wld will suffering from these fainting spells ...he is 91 ..it's apparent Bob suffered a fainting spell..not because he missed a step..I can tell because he was wobbly from the onset
