Thats a picture of the Sukhoi Pak-Fa.
Its mostly a result of 15 years of development and the elimination of dead ends like "Plasma Stealth" but that was mostly from the former MIG Bureau.
It also has some input from Indias Bharat Electronics for some Avionics systems, and India has contributed allot to the composite strucutres in the plane.

The Pak-Fa is almost as capable as a F-22 which is still more stealthy, it is more agile than the F-22 and carries allot of weapons due to Russian doctrine.
The clincher is that it will be around 1/4 to 1/5 of the cost of an F-22 once mass produced .

The F-35 is a pile of crap that seriously threatens the capabilities of all Nato countries and allies and this shortsighted greedy move by US corporations
has allowed Russia and China to Catch up so quickly.

Even Isreal is forced to join the F-35 program and buy it, while it is banned from adding its own systems.

Finally this allows things to go back to how they were in 1967 technologically with the west having 5- 10 year lead in technology which is quickly diminishing, while in the 90's they had a 25 year lead in technology.

Thank you US corporations for you massive corruption, and incomptence
and thank you US political elite for your strategic stupidity and arrogance.

If they just listened to their own experts they would still have a large technological and strategic lead.
