Somalia threatened oil exploiters @Somaliland bt deafly silent on a bigger project just goes 2 show that
Somalia is day raped by Ethiopia on a daily basis ...do they not know that a huge tax revenue will go to the separatist ?..where's their territorial integrity...?...if this is the case then symbolically let go off Somaliland because for all practical purposes that region is an aqual power and your just naag ninkeeda guriga dibadiisa ka ceyneysa

Berbera's port revenue already goes to the Somaliland goverment this will just the increase revenue.

The berbera-wajale road needs to be the main priority for the government instead of building a road to ceerigabo.

Menace you're a Sijui and I know you're feeling bad for your Walaweyn brothers but on a daily basis you bad mouth Somaliland without knowing the history of my country.
Some basic facts.
• Somaliland is not a separatist entity, if by separatist you mean separating from Somalia. However Somaliland separated from the defunct illegitimate union with Somalia. In other words Somaliland separated from the Somali republic.
• Somalia does not represent the illegitimate union and the Somali republic and therefore has no right to claim Somaliland.
• The port revenue from Berbera is collected by the port agency and then handed over to the government. The revenue is 250 million dollars annually. There are plans to upgrade the port.
• The mutual agreement reached by Somaliland and Ethiopia about Berbera port is actually a precursor to the Berbera corridor. Which is a railway connecting Berbera and major Ethiopian cities. The railway is going to be built by the Chinese.
Wether you like it or not, Somalia has no leverage on Somaliland and never had.

Lagaama xigo sxb laakin you're the only Isaaq Sijui who's anti S/land. The sijuis in Kenya and Tanzania are pro S/Land.
$250 million is the current revenue. The government plans to double it. The problem is, they're not diversifying the economy. Relying too much on Ethiopian investment is risky.

Inaadeer saas maaha, I'm not anti Somaliland ..I do criticize it because of tremendous love I have for her and I am in need of seeing visionary leaders ..Xildiiid wrote:Lagaama xigo sxb laakin you're the only Isaaq Sijui who's anti S/land. The sijuis in Kenya and Tanzania are pro S/Land.
