interesting interview with the UN man on hot politics

Last year I have watched a similar debate by the same institute hosted by a black man who had less knowledge than the current presenter

This man represents the westren agenda in somalia that goes along with their interests in the country wich needs a ready country, this pressure to achieve these goals within the time set for it-4 years by the constitution- makes problem for dj

He's worry bc he will be accountable for the donors incase the funds were delivered and the vision fails

He talked about the federal states to be completed within this year

He said, there will be 5 federal states, he mentioned hiiraan and middle shabelle to be the last one

He said the central state will consist two regions before adding "although some are arguing to be one and 1/2"(I think it depends on the the parliamentry commission and he stated this before)


Constitution to be completed in march 2016

a new parliament in september 2016 followed by elections

He said- and I posted this a year ago- that the amisom has a mandate-from the UN- to equip the SNA with its armours and in this year much will be done to see if the govt can manage its weapons wich may result of the partially arms embargo getting lifted if managed well


I would like to make clear that this guys job is solely assistance, iraq and afghanistan have been through similar processes

He represents the international partners who r helping somalis to achieve these goals within their agendas set by them

But some times he makes clashes like his/the UNs continuity position during the last crisis wich was a set up by the former pm taking advantage of the situation wich has back fired him!

The reason is to keep the progress on and save the time NOT to support particular group

The ruling group have their own tactics and r trying to pro-long the process even beyond 2016.
