What's your height?
Im 16 - 17 and 5"9. Am i short?

nah you're average but you incline towards shortness, I guess average is 5-9-5'11 but even in average you either incline towards tallness or incline towards shortness, or your smack bang in the middle.

Since you're 16-ish, you can still grow until 21(for males of course).

actually men stop growing when they are 25, I grew 1.5 inches in height over the last year and I'm nearly 20.
