They've already creeped up on us here in Ontario. I was mystified at how the liter was back up to 1.305$ per liter when it was sub 80 cents a month ago. it was good while it lasted. The Canadian economy is taking huge blows as well. Our volatile dollar and economy is heavily dependent on oil (Tar sands to be exact).

Last time oil prices changed this drastically was a few months before the 2008-2009 economic crash.

AbdiJohnson lol lower oil prices just translates into a more volatile dollar and in your case a economic decline in Alberta. Unfortunately Alberta carries the rest of Canada on its back economically so we are going down the drain as a country. Lower prices is just going to make life more expensive for every Canadian. Oil really is a boom and bust business, I just hate how dependent our country is on it.

It's always funny how whenever oil prices even go up a dollar, gas stations reflect the new higher prices within hours, but when it goes down, it takes em a week to see the difference.

Indian gas stations are the ones who do this the most. Wallahi if no one was looking, these Indians would pick you, turn you upside down and shake the last cent from ur pockets.

I make it a point to never goto Indian, Paki or Bangle run gas station if there are others.
