City planning...
I would've ordered an immediate planning of new brave cities that is constructed to house the destitute ....I would allow them to start up business ...I would've also banned any NGO's and UN leeches from overstaying ..I would've asked them to help with abt 5 years and to get the fcukout...my first city would be build in 2 places ..one in Gedo outskirts out in the barren land and another in Togdheer's sand storm land
(I would've also ordered huge quantity of Viagra for the people's appreciation of my selfless service to them and how I brought unheard of modernity to their lives)
