Homeboy came back from Camp Lemonnier

Post by FieldMarshalMenace »

I held a long conversation with a friend who just got back from his 1 year deployment in Djibouti's camp lemmonnier. He is basically the interrogator of captured pirates and gardheerayaasha. Makes crazy money walahi.

However, that's not my point here ., my point is he literally asked me " bro are Djiboutian's Muslims?".. Alcohol is served as you were in Paris...the clubs are jammed with whores, not Ethiopians as we like to think ...girls walk around wearing skimpy skirts without any opposition...this dude was shook bro ....

In terms of development the guy said the place is very underdeveloped and majority of the people are complete gaajo..

The only positive thing he mentioned was the Kapinski

Abdikarim:  I guess there's some truth to stereotypes.

Menace: maybe cause I grew up in an area with a lot of them, but I don't find it shocking in the slightest bit

Walahi this guy kept asking me "are these people Muslim"...he was like "bro I would have a conversation with them locals, I would sit at cafe shops because we are not allowed to be out of the camp so we would sneak out and if we go to the French quarter then camp watchers tend to search places like that to find us and if they find you they will fire you on the spot and put you a plane heading out. So when I'm sitting with the locals I would ask them why are girls so open abt their sexuality? Why are they walking around close to butt naked ? And they wre like "waar huuno it's part of modernity "

I don't condone his line of work...I know for a fact he can't go to the hajj...I don't even think his kids will turn out right ...this is indeed blood money ...taasi wa tu isaga iyo alla u dhexeysa..then again how is he so different from the supporters of the likes of Madow Islam of Kismaayo...so I ain't gonna dismiss him, ileen waa tolkee :win: :win:
