I witnessed 2 black chicks and somali chicks getting into it infront of a shopping center. A cop showed up and told them to break it off. The somali chicks tried to go their way and the black chicks acted up and got in the face of the cop he wasted no time, arrested them both and went to the somali chicks asked if they were alright and told them to have a nice day. African Americans turn up for no damn reason at times. They don't know when to talk shit and when to follow the rules. And yes Somalis have upper hand in MN.
