Why I will be forever grateful to Somalia's colossal self-destruction in 1991

Post by FieldMarshalMenace »

I wish I was half of the man my father was (AUN)..he recently past away ..he was very disciplined and very stoic..he had some of us later in his life and he was from qarni hore, in other-words he was from a different generation ..I am extremely proud of him because as I get older I realize the background he came from and how the odds were stack against him ..this man was born in the deep miyi somewhere in Ciidagale grassing land or tribal territory ...he spend up to his late teens as nomad. Nomadic life was harsh and brutal and that why he had a bullet wound right by his kidney, he got shot by an Ogaden over territorial tribal warfare.

Then he comes to the city where he joined the army right before independence. Soon after independence he was deployed to the south. While in there he learned to write and read. He was a dedicated learner and he learned fast. He spend 35 years in the Somali army. He was a 3 star but was only designated to train cadets but because of complete nepotism and xaq daro the kid he was the teacher to would be suddenly be upgraded to a colonel although the kid just came to the city from caabudwaq 8 years earlier. Then father spend laying low in xamar in the 80s bc Issaqs were getting pulled out of their home at night.

I am amazed he was never that bitter that he spend 35 years in the army and he was passed over again and again because of tuug tuug dhashay.

I am waiting when Somalia stabilizes to seek compensation and his pension. We have his medals and papers. If im refused by that day's government I will sabotage the country's infrastructure. I will know how to make the city go dark. I will abduct the gov official's children and I will seek my father's mistreatment be corrected or otherwise il murk their little ones. Ill utilize social media to call for justice and lay my case.inshalah.

Ilaahey ha u naxaristo you're father, he sounds like a true Somali.

But none of the above is gonna fly in Somalia, do you know how many men oo abaha oo kale oo ku raafadsan Somalia right now? we have injured 77 veterans who are practically living in shelters by themselves.

Don't malign my hometown bro, the nepotism of Silaanyo is far worse, look at your own house before you point fingers. We all had our struggles, your father was a muslim so I will say AUN, but you should show respect to people and cease this propaganda dayuus yahow.

My nigga this type of shit gets to me bro..how some people were completely cheated..I mean injustice was rife in the dictatorship...So you can understand why im grateful to the collapse...I mean if this amount of injustice was the norm of that day's Somalia then the all equalizer was complete collapse and complete mayhem...Oh how beautiful that shit blew up bro...

Don't blame innocent human beings from my hometown who had nothing to do with your old man, haven't you dragged our name through the f-king streets of hargaisa, enough akhi, we even allow you to celebrate unrecognised SL in Caabudwaaq, show some dignity and cease this calaacal, we lost far more than your broke ass. Moriyaan took it all, the took the roads, the pavement, the cadcads, the airplanes. everything.

The highlighted sentence is WHY you will NEVER be your father. He will never seek someone else pension. He will work hard for it. Stop behaving like a spoilt brat day dreaming about a none existent trust fund! Your father was of a different era and clothe! Siyaad Baare generation is the best generation of Somali stock that will ever come to existent! Amazing generation walle! :(

Then how the hell is ur dad from Ethiopia when u said he worked for Afweyne?

Anyways forget about that sxb, but this is the 2nd time u created such a topic. I think ur problems is with Daroods and not the rest of Somaliweyn.

Take care of business with them, but it would be a cold day in hell before anyone else pays compensation for something they had nothing to do with.

Again, sorry for ur loss, but others have also lost loved ones.
