Some valid points there. The president said security was his first priority. Things have improved. That guy contradicted himself when he said we must see the fruit of progress and then dismissed the security that allows people to go to the beach and hold cultural events. That part made no sense

Nevertheless I agree with him, our soldiers shouldn't be worse off than any private or foreign security. That needs to change and soon

The sad part is as mentioned all the soldiers trained in the last ten years have gone and melted into the rest of the society making them available gun for hire. They are serving hayado, private companies and individual business men or even alshababs if the price is right.

They are training more soldiers in turkey, Uganda, in Mogadishu etc but most of them will be left dissolutioned and leave after a few months or even years. This is not good for the future of our nation. The situation will be worse as you have former sons of moriyaans better trained Than their moriyaans daddies.

The money is there dear. Just ending up in the wrong pockets.those assisting with the training of the soldiers surely aren't stupid. Why train soldiers when the salary is not there?

Which money? Have the pledges come through?

Come on now there is lacag in the pot. lots of it. Farmajo proved it when he kick started the payment of soldiers salaries. Where did he get it from when the previous gov was singing all along there is no money for the soldiers?

You have turkey on the verge of building 10000 new homes for the poor. Get the money and pay the bloody soldiers. Sort the security and morale of the soldiers first. make them a priority.
