Of course he's very likely a chewer and smoker but there are a lot of people from that region that have red teeth who neither chew nor smoke though.

If he was born in 66 that makes him 1 year short of 50 so I think that looks normal. Well, it is never easy to guess people's ages these days. Someone you thought was young turns out to be very old and vice versa, due to genetics, the environment one grew up, one's race/ethnicity as well as lifestyle choices and some other factors.
