I need people to tell me the meaning of this

Qiyaal?
Bacow?
Aliminto?
Farjaano?
Kibis? Is it chapati or sabayat?
Labta? Is it chest? I call chest xabaat. What the hell is labta?

Can you please change this to afsomali for me please.

Bacow = some type of fruit
Qiyaali = fantasy
Farjaano (Farmaajo) = cheese
Kibis = Sabayat/Chapati
Lanta = used as an expression (kalka iyo laabta isu saar, like Shamso food hees) laabta is an imaginary place that's next to wadnaha.
Spine = Lafta dheere
Undermine = qof markaad kadaba shaqeesid, uu wuxuu suubiyabo badashid.

And labta is indeed 'the chest' Laab is chest
what is laab dilac anyone... Always thought it was heart burn, but not so sure now.

When Somali folks used to write letters to each back when emails were not invented.
The opening of the letter would always start the same.

Dhudhun is the forearm/lower arm, from the tip of the fingers to the elbow
Suxul/Xusul is the elbow
