What is the Somalia Government doing about foreign fishing trawlers illegally fishing of the coast of Somalia and also the dumping of hazardous substances in our territorial waters?

Somaliland and even Puntland are combatting this. What is Qoslaaye's stance on this issue that effects not only our fishermen but ordinary people at risk from contaminated foods? Is he aware of the companies and nations that are behind this? Has he pursued a legal path in bringing this organisations to a UN court? Is he sending any patrol boats and gunboats out to guard the sea?
