The Somalis and Japanese are at opposite ends of the extreme scale.
Somalis work too little. Japanese work too much.
I admire their go-getter mentality, but sometimes you just have to relax and not let work consume your life. There's no benefit in that.

If no one can do it, i Must do it.
Arab attitude towards work:

If no one can do, Yakhi how can i do it?
Somali attitude towards work:

Well according to OECD studies, the japanese have one of the lowest levels of productivity compared to other developed countries. They may work long ours but the are not actually doing alot within those hours. They have a cultural practise whereby you can't leave before the boss and leaving late is a sign of dilligence.
Scandinavian countries work shorter hours but are the most productive. If you are looking to kiss ass, it would probably best looking in their direction.
