Waking up early in the morning.

I have started this habit of waking up at 5:30 am Monday-Friday.

I have got energy, I am focused, I get my work done faster. I love it. I eat my breakfast at 6 am. I am fuller through out the day. I even started jogging today for 40 mins. Lounged and watched some youtube vlogs. I had enough time to get to work... :up:


I will also start meditating in the morning. I do it in the evening but I will switch it up.


P.s

You will also get enough sleep. :up:

I have controlled my insomnia...

Well done!

Never have been a morning person and never will be. But ever since I joined Faarax fitness I've stopped wearing a towel over my head. Morning headaches have gone alx

I was forced to do this for almost 6 month, earlier though at 5am.. it was the worst time of my life.. I got a lot done but i was always tired.

Its always Fajr and then catching sleep the 1 hour before getting ready for work....

Productivity is best in the early mornings though :up:

I wake up at 05:00 during weekdays. I started waking up at these time a couple of weeks ago. However you need to be at bed by 10pm otherwise you won't be able to wake up.

@Juls you've inspired me to do the same. i feel the exact opposite of you in the morning. i always sleep in and wake up a damn mess, miss all my lectures, don't get work done cuz i feel like shit all day, can't even eat anything, and can't work out because ei don't have energy....maybe i should start sleeping early too :)...weather is starting to warm up so i need to start working out again...

not even ready for bikini season.

Somedays I wake up early, go for a jog, come back have a shower and make myself some canjero and suqaar then head off to work but most days I'm late and wake up a damn mess. My problem is consistency. :(
