I have got energy, I am focused, I get my work done faster. I love it. I eat my breakfast at 6 am. I am fuller through out the day. I even started jogging today for 40 mins. Lounged and watched some youtube vlogs. I had enough time to get to work...
I will also start meditating in the morning. I do it in the evening but I will switch it up.
