Liberal Somalis..balaayo idinku dhacday

Post by TheGrumpyGeeljire »

"Don't wear the Hijab anymore, you're in the US" :pacspit: :pacspit: :pacspit:

Who the hell do they think they are? Telling us what to wear and what not to wear, Somalis are not gullible. As a Somali born and raised in the West, I hate it when I see freshies on the internet acting they're all 'western' and 'modern' and shit.

I detest people who advocate and try to impose their savage western ideals such as homosexuality, atheism, secularism....etc on Somalis. If by integrating to society means to accept Atheists with down-syndromes', faggots with incontinence, pig-eating secularists and foul-mouthed feminine extremists THEN US SOMALIS WILL REFUSE TO INTEGRATE.

Integration into a foreign society means adapting to their ways of life whilst maintaining and protecting our Somali culture and religion. Integration doesn't mean we erase our identity and replace it with that of the Gaalo. Integration doesn't mean changing your god-given Somali name into something like "AbdiJohnson", integration doesn't mean we have to booty-clap for Jews and integration definitely doesn't mean that you are obliged to spew praise for the white man whilst degrading your own Somali race.

I am a modern xalimo you could say. I am very liberal and value my Canadian perspective. That being said, I wouldn't trade my Somalinimo for anything.

BTW I was about to go to Qorulugud this afternoon. Lol decided to stay home.

Bbtw...Today is the first rain of 2015, mashaAllah... :blessed:

I thought being liberal means you accept and respect others culture and views?

I haven't seen the video but judging from the pic the one without a xijaab looks like an african american chickenhead. No doubt being liberated from the xijaab means giving head at the back of the science lab to tyrese iyo timothy.

The xijaab is beauty. It's the abaya I have problems with, especially the somali multicoloured binbag variety.

there is nothing liberal about refusing to wear the hijab. in fact, refusing to wear the hijab is about as CONSERVATIVE an act as a somali woman can make. the hijab was never part of our culture. its some piece of carab culture masquerading as an islamic tenet.

here is how somali women wore their hair in the past.

here is how school children looked 30 years ago.

Now look at young girls in Somalia today.

there is nothing Somali about the hijab.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with cabayads. I think you mean jilbaab aka burlap sacks. Those things are hideous.

Another deluded radical fundie. Secularism is what allows your dumb ass to prosper in your liberal country. You are protected as an ethnic minority AND a religious minority. Radical Christians would flog your black muslim ass if they were allowed.

Anyway the jilbaab is garbage. It looks shit. It restricts your movements and the jobs you can get. I give leeway to islaamaha wearing it buy if you're under 30 and wear it go have a f-king word with yourself. That said, unlike you radical fundies I'd never force then to take off the jilbaab. I support their free choice to wear what they want.

I used to respect you isaaq folks. I used to party and fuck with Isaaq chicks cos you were irreligious. Isaaq chicks were the GOAT. Now many of you are religous maniacs.

the one with the hijab would look foreign to all somalis 50 years ago.

hijab = modern phenomenon.

nothing about it is remotely somali. its a carab cultural relic adopted by somalis after they learned the outside world actually exists. just like somali men did with pants.

Your mistake is you think those outfits represent somalinimo. That is more foreign than the jilbaab you're attacking.
