How about introducing a rep feature to the forum?

Whenever you agree, acknowledge or support a comment you can click on a button which allows you to rep/thank/+1 a comment, this is preferable to just simply having reply to that person
Where do people stand on this?

I didn't think much of the potential for abuse, particularly the clan dynamics into account. You'll have insulting clan/troll posts getting 20 thumbs up from tolka. But i don't that would be much of a leg up from the "lol" quotes you've always had here.

Might be a good idea.

Might deter people from posting crap on the forum and think before they post. Sometimes people think they can post whatever they want and it won't have a negative impact. This feature sounds good.

More mods would be good too.
