Got my first marriage request/ today (kind of)

So apparently hooyo was talkin to me about this girl a while ago. I honestly wasn't really paying attention and it totally slipped my mind. I just get home a few hours ago and there's this fam at my house with this girl.

Apparently she wants to get married, though it never directly came up. I knew of her but never spoke to her before. Her dukes was a doc and all, good family, she's pretty attractive. I'm just not even in the zone for marriage. Like not even close, I just wanna finish school. She's also like 4 years older (though not a big deal). It was a very weird visit. Once they left I told hoyo never again.

Walahi it was very awkward. I couldn't retreat to the basement, just chilled there for like 3 hours with them. My parents have never pulled this shid before.

I dunno man, it was out of nowhere so it was never in my mind. Maybe, I'm not sure. I just know I'm not tryna get married atm, although it could change later. She seemed cool, like she wasn't shy. Honestly can't tell by reaction, but I think so, she knew of me.

atleast you have the options. anyway, this is qadr, you might think you will not and that could all change tomorrow, you never know. but keep an open mind. I don't like the argument that 'i'm not financially ready blah blah' - that is bordering on disbelief. you will be provided for by allah s.w.t have faith.
