It's the Somali pronunciation of pilot. HooBariiska is referring to the plane crash in the Alpes when one pilot locked out his colleague and then crashed the plane.

Ooh, thx Xildiid, that would nice if our aviation authority imposes such law, by the way as I read from the news they want to introduce a third person in the cockpit,since there is already 2 there, the pilot and the co-pilot.
