The Fruits of Misogyny

Post by Leftist »

http://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle ... story.html

This story had me going

:dwill:

followed by

:damn: :damn:

He abandoned her and her mother; she spent her entire life(she's 51) chasing her after him, seeking his approval, which he always withheld. Bullied the crap out of her, ordered her to break up with her fiance, which she complied with. Because Aabo. Dedicated her entire life to the company where she won the respect and the admiration of the cut-throat auto-business executives. She literally built the company from the ground up, and raised it's profile in a way that nobody else, male or female, has done in the entire United States.

How does he reward her? By kicking her out of the company she helped built, and awarding her share of the family fortune.............to the half-brothers she used to baby-sit.

Talk about a slap in the face.

And after all of this, how does she feel towards her pops:
Even now, after everything that has happened, there’s only one thing she knows with absolute certainty: “Swear to God,” she says, “I don’t know of any daughter who loves her father more than I love my father.”

Walee dumarka baari'yaal waaye.

:wow:

That's disgusting walee. Heartless to say the least. What happened to the unbreakable bond between a father and a daughter? :tocry: what goes around sure does come around!

"So, Mr. Darvish, why did you pass up the more qualified candidate, your daughter, for your two sons?"

Mr. Darvish: :whoa: "Reasons."

Like many women, the first man in her life was her father- no matter what happens or how old one gets that little girl inside still wants her daddy's approval, so I can see how she got blindsided for years

He obviously needed her talent wanted to keep her for himself- a lot of men mistrust their money with son-in-laws too if the daughter inherits :-@
