Shiisha is smoked everywhere tbh and, I'm sure he smoked some in Ugandishu.

It would have been harder to come by. There is no regular access to a 'nightlife' in Xamar and people rarely spend their money on such frivolities. Those shiisha cafe's cater mostly to repatriates.

I need to see these Edmonton fobs for myself, they seem like a riot. The few ones in Ottawack are hella miskeen and keep to themselves
