Addis Vacay

Post by EvolSyawla »

So, I'll be in Addis for a week of Moroccan baths and whatever else that ADD has to offer that HGA doesn't lol Does anyone here have any experience in Ethio's capital?

Any ideas on fun or specific spas? I've been told that Bole is the Somali area, which is great.

I've also been informed of Mubarak hotel (A Somali owned hotel), which is apparently $20, free wifi and good quality....Has anyone been to Mubarak?
What is good quality? Like... no bed bugs and has stable electricity? or 1000+ thread count, linen? With bath tubs where I can have a LONG hot bubble bath? With a balcony where I can have my room service delivered? I don't think $20/night can get me that, but it doesn't hurt to ask lol... Because I need those little luxuries right now lol

Any other tips? mmmmm Doro Wat.... :eat:

My cousins were telling me some horror stories of the place, but you know how some people can be. Wa iska hadal...talking about how you could smell the raw meat they eat on their breath and through their skin, to avoid using the bus without adar in my pocket  I was like okay, thanks. :?

You're in Addis? Run for your life..

It's the most disgusting place on earth and the Somalis there are vermin and they have evolved into replicas of the nasty Oromos and Habeshas.

It's a vile place. I was there in 2013 for a couple days, almost a week and the shit I saw was nasty. The worse part was to see local Xalimos in nightclubs and these broads are not western Xalimos but Xalimos born and raised in either Kilil 5, Somaliland or Somalia. Local, reer miyi type motherfuckers. They get dipped by all kinds of sub humans and after a year or two they return home, put on a jalbiib and then lure an innocent Faarax and they're spreading that Aids virus.

It's often the Khat smuggling Faarax who get blamed and I used to blame them too but after my visit to Addis I found out the truth.

Dude, don't go near local Habesha broads. There's a place where their diaspora hang out, mostly from the US. You'll find a couple of them who are good looking and as easy as the local ones.

When you're in Addis you're thinking in the back of your head, where's Cabdi Good? Someone find me Cabdi Good so I can make sense of all this.

Xildiid, Nairobi, Addis are notorious for Somali fallen women and the ironic thing that you highlighted is that they are mostly not from 'westernised' backgrounds but I guess its all 'Ilbaxnimo'.

Bro, I am celibate, I can only admire from a distance. Sow your oats for us son.

I'd live to visit Herar too the birthplace of my dad.I've been to Addis but only for two days.My overwhelming memory of that place is the smell and the cold.

I heard in Nairobi, they don't associate with shisheeye like the Kikuyus or Luo while in Addis you'll see a dhako laxoox midget Habesha or gudhu Oromo with a Xaliimo.

Yh, it's crazy. Most of them had a traditional, religious upbringing yet they were acting like locals Habesha broads. I guess they're a product of that environment (Addis) because there was this Faarax who tapped Meles Zenawi's disgusting daughter.

Waar waa meel dhimatay meeshu. I would love to see Nairobi though.
