They dye their hair and adjust their dress sense and ideology to appear more Western European because that's where the money and power lies.

Most of them are Balkan Muslims/Albanian/Russian Muslims/ Bosnians who now have integrated in Turkey.They are part of the secular hardcore nationalistic middle class who lives in the wealthy coastal region of Turkey the heartland of the Turkish opposition. Recently Turkish government tried to bring more religion into the public school which resulted in almost one million people demonstrating against that and in defense of the secular system.

The secular parties including the Kurdish ones got 47 % in the last national election. The Kemalist CHP got 28 %
